Giuseppe Contestato passed away on January 13, 2022. Survived by his wife of almost 66 years, Stella; children, Salvatore Contestato (fiancee Debby Sanchez), Matilda(Don) Martinez; grandchildren, Joey Contestato, Jessica (Mike) Snacki, Vanessa Martinez; great-granddaughter, Eliana Sophia Snacki; brother, Alfonso (Noreen) Contestato; nephews, David (Mike) Contestato, Derek Contestato; and other family members in Italy. No prior calling. Family and friends are invited to a Funeral Mass for Giuseppe Saturday (TOMORROW) 9:30AM at St. Jerome's Church, 207 Garfield St., E. Rochester. For those unable to attend in person, the Mass will be live-streamed at https://stjeromerochester.org. Interment will be private. Those wishing may contribute to St. Jerome's Church in his memory.
